About the 3v3 League
The 3v3 League offers a unique, community-driven development experience for players ages 6U through 12U. Each team is led by local student-athletes participating in our Leadership Program and mentored by Franklin Community High School varsity coach Trevor Perry. Practices focus on skills and fundamentals and are held every Tuesday from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Games take place on Thursdays from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m., where players compete in one or two 24-minute matches. Leadership coaches not only guide practices but also serve as game officials, providing a supportive, learning-centered environment on and off the field.
The 14U and 17U Open Divisions are designed to empower players by giving them full ownership of their experience. In these divisions, there are no coachesโjust players forming their own teams, organizing themselves, and taking the field with creativity and independence. Itโs a playground for leadership, decision-making, and pure love of the game. With no adult interference, players are free to experiment, problem-solve, and compete in an environment that encourages growth through play and accountability.
